SKID systems

The skid consists of a Hyson CPT unit mounted on a sturdy frame. In order to supply the required reaction force during pushing the skid can be mounted on a heavy vehicle of be provided with ground anchors. The skid can also be used for nearshore CPT's by mounting it on a pontoon and using casing pipes to support the CPT string.
Dimensions: 2700 x 2250 x 1750 mm (lxbxh). Weight : ± 2000 kg (exclusiding CPT rods and accessories).

CPT equipment building kit Another application of the skid is the CPT equipment building kit, that can be mounted onto a truck by the client. The system consists of a Hyson 200 kN CPT unit, a hydraulic power pack with engine and a control unit. The hydraulic system and the control unit are prepared to drive and control jacking/levelling cylinders.
