Hyson 200/300 kN

The Hyson 200 kN is a robust CPT unit that is successfully in use by numerous clients worldwide.

Description:

The Hyson 200 kN consists of two vertical hydraulic cylinders. The piston rods are connected to a lower beam and the cylinder tubes are connected to each other by means of an upper beam. The upper beam and lower beams have a hole Ø100 mm in the middle in which several accessory parts can be installed. When the cylinders move the lower beam remains stationary while the upper beam goes up and down.

Under the upper beam a carriage is mounted where the accessories can be installed such as pushing pieces, load cells or the push/pull clamp.

• Pushing force: nominal 200 kN, maximum 250 kN.
• Pulling force: nominal 260 kN, maximum 320 kN.
• Force limitation: by means of pressure safety valves.
• Speed while pushing: 2.0 or 20.0 cm/s.
• Speed while pulling: 1.6 or 16.0 cm/s.
• Stroke length: 1250 mm.
• Boring: Ø120 mm.
• Rod diameter: Ø90 mm.
• H.t.h. distance cylinders: 350 mm.
• Passage upper and lower beam: Ø100 mm.
