Description

Lightweight, single-cylinder CPT unit with a stroke length of 700 mm, suitable for mechanical as well as electrical cone tests up to a depth of about 30 metres (depending on the soil type and reaction force. 

The Hyson 100 kN-LW is very versatile. It can work as a stand-alone unit, where 4 anchors provide the required reaction force. But it can also be mounted on a light truck or mini crawler. These configurations enable the performance of soil tests at difficult accessible locations, like gardens, houses, cellars or narrow alleys.

CPT operations with the Hyson 100 kN-LW become even more convenient when the unit is equipped with the OptoCone wireless electrical cone.
