Standard type DF

A.P. van den Berg Hydronics B.V. has been supplying hydraulic cylinders for over 30 years now, which are being used worldwide. The hydraulic cylinders type DF are suitable for continuous use and have a long lifetime. That makes them especially suitable for industrial applications. The cylinders are made of high-quality materials and produced using the latest techniques and instruments. Many of the cylinder parts are on stock, so that the lead time of the cylinders can be kept to a minimum.

Test pressure: 32 MPa (320 bar).
Maximum piston speed: ½ m/s.
Temperature range: -30ºC t/m 80ºC.
Tolerance stroke length: ± 1 mm.
Type of oil: mineral hydraulic oil.
Preservation: 1 layer of primer.

Standard power packs

The standard hydraulic powerpacks are supplied with an oil tank of 20-200 litres capacity.

A very compact and quick construction is possible thanks to the Beroblock, suitable for NG06 and NG10. Pump deliveries of up to 100 l/min and pressures of up to 270 bar are possible. The powerpacks are provided with high quality gear pumps. The hydraulic powerpacks can be provided with an electrical control unit.

Apart from the standard powerpacks A.P. van den Berg supplies compact powerpacks, high-pressure powerpackss, pneumatic powerpacks and powerpacks according to the client's specifications. 

Different configurations

Type ASM

Pump vertically mounted in the tankElectrical motor vertical B5, V1Components mounted on top of and under the cover so that after lifting the cover all components are accessible from all sides. 

Type ASJ

Pump mounted on the side of or next to the tankElectrical motor horizontal B3, B5 or only B5Components mounted on top of and under the cover
