Automatic CPT rod screwing device

This device is a part of the AutoCoson and can also be used separately in standard CPT equipment to eliminate the procedure of screwing CPT rods on and off by hand. Handling the CPT rods is thus made easier and faster. All the operator has to do is set the rod in the CPT rod screwing device. A sensor will activate the robotic arm to take over the CPT rod and screw it onto the previous one. During pulling the procedure is reversed. CPT operation is even further improved when the Icone with its thinner cable is used in combination with the CPT rod screwing device. Thanks to its ergonomical features the device has been added to the so-called Farbo-list in the Netherlands that allows entrepreneurs to depreciate the investment over a shorter period to obtain extra tax benefits.
